Springless sectional doors achieve high cycle rates while keeping maintenance costs low. Since there are no torsion springs to maintain or replace, they are a popular solution for areas where doors need to be opened and closed very frequently.

The key features of our MDF openers for springless sectional doors

  • They work independent of position and speed – the motor can be mounted in any position
  • Safety catch independent of the output speed
  • Emergency operation via emergency hand crank or emergency hand chain
  • Series with 140 to 1,650 nM and 17 to 24 rpm
  • Rolled worm shaft; very good self-locking values

Use our CS 320 comfortable control unit for controlling roller shutters. It is available with or without a frequency converter, depending on your requirements.
