STA 1 series
Our STA 1 opener is ideal for spring-balanced sectional doors. This is down to its specially-developed gears for this purpose, with a rolled worm shaft and a worm wheel made of bronze and a special motor that generates high power within a small space. This opener has an extremely compact design with a slimline housing. The cable harnesses for connecting the motor and the control are pluggable. The standard hollow gear shaft is 25.4 mm, but special 31.75 and 35.0 mm hollow shafts are also possible. The travel cut-out is effected by an absolute value encoder.
Standard hollow shaft and splined cog system
We offer systems with two different shafts. Both our inexpensive universal solution, the 25.4 mm standard hollow shaft and the hollow shaft splined cog are high-quality solutions.
25.4 mm standard hollow shaft: Universal and economical. Our standard hollow shaft in 25.4 mm is a compact and economical all-round solution for most doors. The opener can simply be slipped onto the spring shaft of the door. The hollow shaft of the opener is made of steel.
Hollow shaft with splined cog: The retrofit solution. The splined cog system is the optimal solution for retrofits. With the various shaft adapters, one opener fits a variety of spring shafts. That’s why this system offers minimum storage with maximum flexibility. The shaft adapters are made of aluminium. This ensures that they will not seize up due to rust. For hollow shafts with splined cog, existing adapters from the Dynamic xs. systems can still be used as well.
Mains voltage variants 400 V | 230 V
We always have the right solution with our door openers.
Door opener 400 V, 3-phase: Silent, smooth, resilient. In a word: strong as a bear. This 3-phase 400 V motor is the right solution for large, heavy doors.
Door opener 230 V, single-phase: No high voltage connection available? No problem! With its single-phase 230 V motor, this opener has no need for high voltage. It is the best solution for small door surfaces, or doors with low opening frequencies and so fewer door cycles.
External control units
ttConvenient, safe and expandable: You can operate our door openers even more conveniently with our external control units. In addition, every system offers you the option of expanding it.
CS 310, the comfortable one: The CS 310 is our external comfort control unit, that leaves nothing to be desired. It offers four output relays for additional functions. Use this, for example, for signal lamps, traffic lights, electrical door locking or the end position alarm. Other elements can be supplied with 24 V or 230 V power. Accessories are connected directly to the control unit. A Multi-Bit radio antenna can be inserted directly into a slot in the CS 310 and plugged in without wiring.
CS 255 AC, the compact one: The CS 255 AC is our compact basic control unit in a mini-housing which has all the features needed for safe operation. With a deadman control unit as standard. This function can be expanded to press-and-release operation by installing safety components. An output relay for an additionally connectable function, such as a signal lamp, is included. External elements are powered with 24 V voltage from the CS 255 AC. Multi-Bit and bi·linked radio is possible with the CS 255 AC; the slot for the radio antenna is already included.
Expand as needed: Both control units can be expanded through MS-Bus modules, for example, for oncoming traffic regulation or draw-in protection.
Even more safety: Safety equipment, such as photocells or a closing edge safety device, can be connected via terminals.
Easy and comfortable: Easy, plug-in cable sets ensure comfortable installation.
Length of use 60 % or 80 %
When choosing the right door opener, the load, or the length of use, is decisive in addition to the power. Here, we can provide you solutions with 400 V openers for average use doors or heavily frequented doors.
60 % duty cycle: Normal duty cycle for 400 V openers. Designed for doors with average opening frequency. This corresponds to a maximum of 20 door cycles per hour.
80 % duty cycle: Increased duty cycle for 400 V openers. Designed for doors with high opening frequency. This corresponds to a maximum of 30 doors cycles per hour.
One cycle corresponds to opening and closing the door one single time.
Emergency operation of spring balanced doors (KE, E, E/KE)
Emergency operation facilities provide safety. They guarantee that a door can be opened and closed during a power outage.
KE (emergency hand chain): The standard emergency operation facility for openers with 25.4 mm standard hollow shafts. The emergency hand chain makes it possible to comfortably operate the door from the floor despite a power failure.
E (quick release system): Enables quick release. The door is disconnected from the opener with a single click using a snare. This makes it possible to open and close the door by hand.
E/KE (emergency hand chain with maintenance release): The best and most comfortable solution: The standard emergency operation facility for openers with splined cog system. The emergency hand chain offers comfortable operation of the door from the ground. At the same time, the maintenance release system makes quick and inexpensive service possible, since there is no need for time-consuming disassembly of the motor or for detaching the opener from the shaft.
Digital limit switch
An absolute value encoder guarantees precise travel cut-out. The end position of the control unit is not only conveniently set using the digital limit switch, it also keeps it correct.
Silent, compact, smooth. Where there is an »S«, it’s silent inside. This single-phase 230 V motor door opener works particularly smoothly and silently because of its noise-optimised motor winding package.
