Do I have to order a whole container of drives for Marantec to supply me in Australia or can I order small amounts?
Don't worry! You can also order drives to Australia by the pallet. One pallet contains between 38 and 58 drives, depending on the model. We have worldwide export experience, from Europe to South America to Australia and Oceania and support you in importing goods from Germany.
I've bought all my drives domestically in Australia so far, so I'm not familiar with the import formalities. Is it very complicated?
After placing an order with us, we will search for the most economical freight forwarder to Australia. You only have to take care of a domestic importer. If you have difficulties in finding a carrier, we can support you with our local contacts.
But are there no customs duties due on your products when they are imported here?
Yes, but this is also the case if you purchase your goods through a wholesaler, for example. Let us advise you and make you an offer. You will see that on average it will not cost you more than buying from a domestic company.
In which currency do I have to pay for the goods?
We invoice our drives in Euro. Your bank will certainly be happy to help you paying for the goods in Euro. Also, as a service, when sending an offer we will show you the daily exchange rate from Euro to Australian Dollar.
How long do I have to wait for my goods?
The lead time from placing an order to arrival in Australia is currently about six weeks. Therefore, please contact us as early as possible.
